Client had identified a number of issues informally but was unsure how to progress resolution for many. ItegraL was able to identify these with other areas of concern that the client was not aware of and present a number of recommendations and approaches for resolution.
The subsequent report led to a full tender being issued which ItegraL won against significant blue chip competition and led to the client being able to postpone a £5m investment in a new Data Centre environment.
