Using PRINCE2 processes as the foundation of the review, the consultants will conduct interviews with the required personnel, document findings, risks and issues and produce a comprehensive report on the current status of the project. Areas of concern will be highlighted and priority ratings applied. The findings are then discussed with the client together with recommended courses of action.
